Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within [15/30] days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Exchanges
Need a different size?
We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we can offer a store credit or refund in accordance with our return policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within [48–72 hours] of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to make it right.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Dulcet is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you'll be notified of the status of your refund.
